Cookie policy

Glassmail · Last updated 9 June 2026

We keep cookies to the bare minimum: just what's needed to make the site work. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics that follow you around.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. “Local storage” is a similar mechanism for keeping small amounts of data on your device. We use both sparingly, and only for the categories described below.

What we use, and why

On this marketing site and waitlist, the only data we keep on your device is strictly necessary to remember your choices and keep the page working. We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies and we don’t sell or share this information.

Essential
Remembers that you’ve joined the waitlist and basic site preferences so the page behaves consistently when you return.
Preferences
Stores display preferences locally on your device. These never leave your browser.
Advertising
None. We don’t run ads and don’t set advertising cookies.
Third-party tracking
None. We don’t embed cross-site trackers or data brokers.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and on-device preferences, we don’t show a consent banner asking permission to track you — there’s nothing to track.

When you become a customer

Once Glassmail launches and you sign in to your mailbox, we’ll use essential cookies to keep you securely logged in and to protect your session. These are required for the service to function and can’t be switched off without breaking sign-in. We’ll keep this page up to date as the product grows.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site — such as staying signed in — may not work as intended. Most browsers let you remove site data for a single site without affecting others.
