We store your information as long as you remain a customer with us and two years after. For the purposes of informing you of the launch of Glassmail, we will store your email address until the launch and one additional year thereafter.

Who we share information with
Data processors
IONOS
This data processor does the following activities for us: IONOS provides the UK-based server that runs our website and holds the waitlist database. They store the information on our behalf and do not use it for anything of their own.
Fastmail
This data processor does the following activities for us: Until our own mail servers are established, an external email provider is necessary to receive email sent to glassmail.co.uk. Fastmail carries the mail sent to and from our addresses, including anything you write to us. Their servers are outside the UK.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, we will transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
